Four Buckeyes Named to USA Hockey Rosters – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Four current and former Buckeyes were selected to the U.S. Women’s National Team and Collegiate Select Team, USA Hockey announced Sunday. Jincy Dunne, Paetyn Levis, Amanda Thiele and Makenna Webster earned their roster spots after a week at the National Festival in Buffalo, N.Y.

Former Buckeye and 2022 Olympian Jincy Dunne will represent Ohio State on the 2022 IIHF Women’s World Championship team later this month in Denmark. This year marks the second time she will play for the Women’s National Team at the World Championships. In 2021, Dunne helped USA Hockey to a silver medal finish in the tournament.

Playing for the Collegiate Select Team are Paetyn Levis, Amanda Thiele and Makenna Webster. The trio will play in a three-game series with Canada on August 17, 18 and 20. Webster will play in the USA vs. Canada series for the fourth time after playing in three at the U-18 level. Thiele makes her second appearance playing in the series after one outing on the U-18 team.
