The Cleveland Monsters are excited to announce the beginning of their Cyber Specials have arrived allowing fans to save up to 50% on single game tickets for the rest of the season. The Monsters are currently riding an eight-game winning streak tying a franchise record and are looking to set a new one as the puck drops on the road tonight against the Rochester Americans at 7:05 p.m. Fans can catch the action with Monsters Play-by-Play Broadcaster Tony Brown on Fox Sports 1350 and AHLTV on FloHockey. The Monsters have tied the record for eight consecutive wins that was set in the 2010-11 season spanning March 11 to March 26.
After starting the 2024-25 campaign 2-3-0-1, Cleveland has bounced back for a commanding November posting a 10-1-0-0 record with two games remaining in the month. The team’s November push also set a new best franchise record for points over the span of the month. Three Monsters players currently sit in the American Hockey League’s top 10 for points including rookie Denton Mateychuk (T-7th) who also leads all AHL defensemen with 18 points. Mateychuk was most recently named the Howies Hockey Tape/AHL Player of the Week for the period ending on November 17, 2024 after posting seven points over four games. Forwards Rocco Grimaldi (2nd) and Trey Fix-Wolansky (T-4th) also hold spots in the AHL’s top 10 scorers with 21 points and 19 points, respectively.
Following Wednesday night’s road game, the Monsters will return to Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse to host the Toronto Marlies on Friday, November 29, at 7:00 p.m. Friday night’s game will mark the first 1-2-3 Friday of the season featuring $1 Coca-Cola products, $2 hot dogs and $3 Labatt Blue, and additional select beer specials. It also will be the first Hockey for Heroes presented by ZippityPrint where local veterans will be honored during the game and get a chance to meet with a Monsters player at the end of the night.
