COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – With the 2024-25 season underway, the National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) has announced its television schedule on CBS Sports Network for the second half of the season. The Network will once again serve as the national television partner of the NCHC, having done so all 12 years of the Conference’s existence.
CBS Sports Network will televise 11 NCHC games starting in January, including eight regular-season conference contests on Friday nights, plus all three games at the 2025 NCHC Frozen Faceoff. All nine NCHC teams will be featured at least once on CBS Sports Network during the regular season, with six teams being televised in their home arenas.
The NCHC on CBS Sports Network slate begins in the desert on Friday, Jan. 10, as NCHC newcomer Arizona State hosts North Dakota. ASU’s Mullett Arena will be showcased nationally with game time now set for 10 p.m. ET/8 p.m. MST.
The following Friday (Jan. 17) features another 10 p.m. ET/8 p.m. MST start on CBS Sports Network, as Minnesota Duluth battles Colorado College at Ed Robson Arena. Robson Arena will again host CBS Sports Network two weeks later (Jan. 31) to televise the Western Michigan at Colorado College clash. In between trips to Colorado Springs, CBS Sports Network heads to Baxter Arena on Jan. 24 as St. Cloud State visits Omaha.
The first two NCHC on CBS Sports Network telecasts in February feature the defending national champion Denver Pioneers. On Friday, Feb. 7, the spotlight is back on Mullett Arena as the Pioneers take on the Sun Devils in Tempe. The following week (Feb. 14), rivals collide on CBS Sports Network as Denver returns home to host North Dakota in a battle of the last two Penrose Cup champions and the NCHC’s two trophy winners last season.
The television schedule resumes on Feb. 28 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT with the penultimate regular season game on CBS Sports Network, as Miami squares off with Minnesota Duluth at AMSOIL Arena. The regular season on CBS Sports Network then wraps up on Friday, March 7 as Omaha travels north to tangle with North Dakota at Ralph Engelstad Arena.
