CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Men’s ice hockey is set to begin the 24-25 season with a pair of pre-season games this weekend. Opening the campaign with the U.S. NTDP on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. at Bright-Landry, the Crimson will head to Agganis Arena on Saturday for a scrimmage with No. 3 Boston University at 7:00 p.m. Both games will be streamed on ESPN+.
The game against the U.S NTDP will be free for all fans and does not require a ticket.
With one of the youngest teams in the country, the Crimson battled throughout the ’23-24 season to earn home ice in the first round of the ECAC playoffs. Winning at least a round in every season since 2013-14, the Crimson fell to the eventual ECAC champion Cornell Big Red in two very close games in Ithaca, New York.
Returning most of its core from last season, Harvard looks to build upon a successful season with key performers, Ian Moore, Zakary Karpa, Joe Miller, Ryan Healey, Jack Bar, and Aku Koskenvuo all returning this season.
