Murray Marvin-Cordes and Ryan Lund had just finished playing a game as teammates, once again, during the Fargo Force main camp this June when they reminisced about Warroad being the featured team on the video series “Dream.State.”
“Dream.State,” a production involving the Minnesota Wild, SSQTCH and Public Works, featured the northern Minnesota team in its fifth installment — a perfect choice considering Warroad stood as one of the top Class A boys teams in the state at the time and the city had the honor of hosting Hockey Day Minnesota as well in 2024.

Bittner is a partner and creative lead for Public Works, one of the advertising agencies which has worked with the Wild since the team’s inception. SSQTCH (Sasquatch) primarily handles the video end of the production and joined in for the third season.
Bitter was the catalyst behind the Wild’s “State of Hockey” branding. He said with the Wild’s strong community involvement around the state, the idea to feature the path of high school teams capable of taking home a state title seemed like a perfect fit using cinematic-style production.
“The way I kind of always describe it to people is it’s…
