Five Things to Know: No. 2 Badgers host Tommies in first round of WCHA Playoffs


MADISON, Wis. – It is time for the postseason and the second-ranked Wisconsin women’s hockey team is preparing to host St. Thomas this weekend at LaBahn Arena for the first round of the WCHA Playoffs. Puck drop on Friday is set for 5 p.m. The second game of the series starts at 4 p.m. on Saturday and if a third game is necessary that would take place on Sunday at 4 p.m.

The first two games are sold out. Tickets for the third game, if necessary, would go on sale following the conclusion of Saturday’s game online or in person at LaBahn Arena. 

All parking is available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis, credit or debit, and is subject to availability. Availability for parking in all lots is based on space. Therefore, there is no guarantee of availability to park upon your arrival to the lot. Please note other events occurring in the immediate area of LaBahn Arena the weekend of March 1-3 that may impact day-of-game parking availability and pricing: 

• Friday, March 1: Men’s Hockey vs. Michigan State (8 p.m.) 
• Saturday, March 2: Men’s Basketball vs. Illinois (12 p.m.); Men’s Hockey vs. Michigan State (8 p.m.) 
• Sunday, March 3: Women’s Basketball vs. Michigan State (1 p.m.)
