Mark Pellegrino put in the game-winner with 2:53 to play in the second period as Middletown South won, 5-2, over Robbinsville at the Grundy Arena in Bristol, PA.
Thomas Villano staked Middletown South (4-1-1) to a 1-0 lead in the first period while Lucas Campos and Harrison Schepps also connected in the second period.
Houston Nicholas, who assisted on Pellegrino’s game-winner, completed the scoring with the first goal of the final period.
Zach Duggan scored first in the second period to briefly tie the score for Robbinsville (2-1) while James Morino put in the last goal of the day.
