Ice hockey: Kinnelon-Jefferson-Sparta beats Roxbury, clinches spot in Halvorsen Cup

Ilya Klevtsov had a goal and an assist to lead Kinnelon-Jefferson-Sparta to a 5-2 win over Roxbury at Skylands Ice World in Stockholm.

The win clinched KJS United’s spot in the Halvorsen Cup and eliminated Roxbury in the process.

Dillon Fleksher, Ryan Lee, Anthony Pandiscia, and Mitchell Fradkin each netted a goal for KJS United (3-8-3). Tyler Parisi dished out two assists, and Rylan Gibbons made 19 saves to secure the win.

Stephen Ellison and Steven Keane each had a goal for Roxbury (0-9-2).
