Jack Fidacaro and Jack Gerne both scored in the third period to help Delbarton, No. 3 in the NJ.com Top 20, pull away from No. 2 Don Bosco Prep, 4-1, at Ice Vault in Wayne.
Peter Lease and Max Pendy also scored for the Green Wave, which tallied 37 shots on goal. Fidacaro, Julian Brown, Timmy Galvin, and Dan D’Alessandro tallied assists. Jason Cai made 25 saves on 26 shots.
Kris Kruminis scored off feeds from Cooper Snee and Matt Bossolina for Don Bosco Prep (12-4). Ethan Marich made 33 stops.
Pendy scored in the first period to give Delbarton a 1-0 lead, but Bosco scored about four minutes later.
Lease scored in the second period to break the 1-1 tie.
