Seth Jarvis and Team Canada defeated Team USA 3-2 in overtime Thursday night at TD Garden to win the 4 Nations Face-Off tournament.

Canada wound up getting their revenge on the US — they lost 3-1 to the Americans earlier in the round robin — as Connor McDavid had his golden moment, slamming home an unguarded shot from the slot to give his country the win.

The whole night was a back and forth affair with plenty of chances both ways, but some timely saves by Jordan Binnington proved to be the biggest difference maker in the end.

Jarvis played 12:45 in the championship game, leading all skaters in CF% (72%), along with a 7-0 edge in high-danger chances, three hits and a blocked shot.

Over the three tournament games he played in, the Carolina Hurricanes forward finished with one point, eight hits and four blocked shots.
