It turns out the fans and players aren’t the only ones excited for what the Utah Hockey Club has in store for them.

That shouldn’t be a surprise, then, that FanDuel and multiple other sports betting sites have the fourth-year head coach with the ninth-best odds at +1700 to win the Jack Adams Award, given to the NHL’s coach of the year.
The current standings according to FanDuel have New Jersey Devils new head coach Sheldon Keefe with the best odds at +700, followed by these four to round out the top five:
It’s easy to see why Tourigny has somewhat higher expectations; the acquisitions of Mikhail Sergachev, Ian Cole, Kevin Stenlund, and John Marino, along with the drafting of Tij Iginla and Cole Beaudoin, among others, has loaded up the roster with young talent and returning firepower.
That loaded roster should make for an interesting training camp, as he and president Chris Armstrong, along with general manager Bill Armstrong, have some tough decisions to make in coming weeks.
