Kinnelon-Jefferson-Sparta shut down Mount Olive-Hopatcong-Hackettstown over the final two periods of play in a 4-1 victory at Mennen Arena, in Morristown.
With the score tied at 1-1 at the first intermission, Kinnelon (6-1-1) scored the final three goals of the game to ultimately pick up its sixth win of the season.
Adam Stefancik led Kinnelon with two goals and an assist, while Logan Winslow and Anthony Pruty tallied the other two goals. Prunty, Alex Roslan, and Tyler Parisi picked up an assist each, and Michael Pandiscia assisted three of the Colts’ four goals.
Christian Hertzig scored the lone goal for Mount Olive-Hopatcong-Hackettstown (2-3-1).
Rylan Gibbons made 29 saves on 30 shots for Kinnelon.
